Liu Xiaoqian (born 16 February 1996) is a Chinese rugby sevens player. She competed in the Rugby sevens at the 2020 Summer Olympics – Women's tournament, women's tournament at the 2020 Summer Olympics. She also represented China at the 2022 Rugby World Cup Sevens – Women's tournament, 2022 Rugby World Cup Sevens in Cape Town. Shaoxing (; ) is a prefecture-level city on the southern shore of Hangzhou Bay in northeastern Zhejiang province, China. It was formerly known as Kuaiji and Shanyin and abbreviated in Chinese as (''Yuè'') from the area's former inhabitants.
