Litchfield Township is a township in Bradford County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is part of Northeastern Pennsylvania. As of the 2010 census it had a population of 1,320. Geography Litchfield Township is located in northern Bradford County, along the New York state line. It is bordered by Windham Township to the east, Rome Township to the east and south, Sheshequin Township to the south and Athens Township to the west. To the north, in Tioga County, New York, is the town of Nichols. According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of , of which is land and , or 0.77%, is water.
