Rapides Parish () (french: Paroisse des Rapides) is a parish located in the U.S. state of Louisiana. As of the 2010 census, the population was 131,613. Albany is a town in eastern Livingston Parish, Louisiana, United States. The population was 1088 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Baton Rouge metropolitan statistical area.
