There are 88 high-rise buildings (150m+) in Jakarta (the capital city of Indonesia) and its greater areas, and 26 more under construction. Indonesia is ranked 11th in the world by the number of 150m+ completed buildings and 9th in Asia. There are four supertall buildings (300m+) under construction. The average building age is eight years. The first high-rise in Jakarta was Wisma 46 (262 m), which holds the longest record, of 20 years, as the highest building in Jakarta. Menara Jakarta is an under construction mixed development complex at Kemayoran, Jakarta, Indonesia. Located in front of Jakarta International Expo, JIEXPO, it consists of six towers, 1 Conho (Condo & Hotel), 1 Condo Tower, 1 Office Tower, and 3 Suite Tower. The complex will also have a mall. The complex is constructed on the site of postponed Jakarta Tower. The towers of this complex are named as Fortune Tower, Azure Tower, Celestial Tower, Breeze Tower, Equinox Tower, and Destiny Tower. The office tower in the complex is known as Fortune Tower, which will be a skyscraper of 280 meters tall at the tip. Sahid Sudirman Center is a commercial skyscraper at Jalan Jenderal Sudirman in Central Jakarta, Indonesia. The skyscraper is one of the tallest office building in Jakarta, which is 239,8 meters high, has 52 floors above & 4 floors below the ground. The building was funded by a joint venture of Sahid Group, Pikko Group, and Tan Kian Konsorsium which is known as KSO Sahid Megatama Karya Gemilang. World Capital Tower is an skyscraper at Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta, Indonesia. The skyscraper is expected to be completed by second quarter of 2017. The skyscraper has total floor area of 70,000 sq.meters with retail & entertainment space. The tower, which is 270 meter-tall, has 54 floors. It is one of the tallest office buildings in Jakarta.
