Multiple/dual citizenship (or multiple/dual nationality) is a legal status in which a person is concurrently regarded as a national or citizen of more than one country under the laws of those countries. Conceptually, citizenship is focused on the internal political life of the country and nationality is a matter of international dealings. There is no international convention which determines the nationality or citizenship status of a person. This is defined exclusively by national laws, which can vary and conflict with each other. Jean Alesi (born Giovanni Alesi, 11 June 1964) is a French professional racing driver of Italian origin. After successes in minor categories, notably winning the 1989 Formula 3000 Championship, his Formula One career included spells at Tyrrell, Benetton, Sauber, Prost, Jordan and Ferrari, where he proved very popular among the Tifosi. Barry Bodine (born November 11, 1977) is an American former stock car racing driver. He is the son of Geoffrey Bodine, and the nephew of Todd and Brett Bodine. Racing career Busch Series Bodine made his Busch debut in 1998, running the #05 Miccosukee Chevy at Homestead-Miami Speedway, starting 29th and finishing 31st. Barry was scheduled to run about ten races in 1999, running his father's #64 Luxury Travel Motorcoaches Chevy. However, the team struggled to qualify and the plan was scrapped after Bodine only made three races. After finishes of 29th (Texas) and 25th (Nashville) Bodine had his best career finish of 12th at Talladega Superspeedway. Lucien Bianchi (10 November 1934 – 30 March 1969), born Luciano Bianchi, was an Italian-born Belgian racing driver who raced for the Cooper, ENB, UDT Laystall and Scuderia Centro Sud teams in Formula One. He entered a total of 19 Formula One World Championship races, scoring six points and had a best finish of third at the 1968 Monaco Grand Prix. He died in a testing crash in preparation for the 1969 24 Hours of Le Mans. Richard Antinucci (born January 26, 1981) is an American race car driver. Career In 1998 he competed in Italian Formula Ford, moving to the British Formula Renault Winter Series in 1999 and to Formula Renault 2000 Eurocup in 2000, where he stayed for one season (although he drove two fill-in races in 2001). In a bad-tempered 2002 season, he moved to the Manor Motorsport team in British Formula 3, leaving them in 2003 for the Carlin team in the same series. Mid-season he changed to the rival Promatecme team, although he did not stay there long as he moved to Japanese Formula Three for the 2004 season.
