Ravi is a South Korean rapper, songwriter and producer, signed under Jellyfish Entertainment. He began his career as a rapper in 2012 in the South Korean boy group VIXX, and later formed VIXX's first sub-unit VIXX LR with bandmate Leo in 2015. Ravi's songwriting career began with his participation in co-writing VIXX's debut single "Super Hero". As of November 2016 with the release of ''VIXX 2016 Conception Ker'', Ravi has contributed to the writing and composing of over 46 songs recorded by VIXX. Ravi is widely known for his participation of composing and songwriting rap portions for the group as well as lyrics and music. Kim Won-sik (; born February 15, 1993), better known by his stage name Ravi (), is a South Korean rapper, singer, songwriter, record producer, and founder of the record label Groovl1n and The L1VE. He is a member of the South Korean boy group VIXX and its sub-unit VIXX LR. He debuted as a solo artist on January 9, 2017, with the release of his debut mini album ''R.eal1ze''. Career 2012–2013: Debut and project solo activities Ravi was one of ten trainees who were contestants on Mnet's survival reality show ''MyDOL''. ''Voodoo'' is the first studio album by the South Korean boy band VIXX. It was released on November 25, 2013 under the label of Jellyfish Entertainment. It features two singles, with the track "Voodoo Doll" being the last promoted. Promotion VIXX first performed "Voodoo Doll" live during their Milky Way Global Showcase finale concert in Seoul which took place on November 17, 2013. ''Depend on Me'' is the first Japanese studio album by South Korean boy band VIXX. It was released on January 27, 2016, under the labels of Jellyfish Entertainment and CJ Victor Entertainment.
