She has received several awards including a Grammy Award, a Primetime Emmy Award, two Golden Globe Awards, three ''Billboard'' Music Awards and an Honorary Academy Award. Warren's career was jump-started in 1985 with " Rhythm of the Night" by DeBarge. In the late 1980s, she joined forces with the UK music company EMI, where she became the first songwriter in the history of '' Billboard'' magazine to have seven hits, all by different artists, on the singles chart at the same time, prompting EMI's UK Chairman Peter Reichardt to call her "the most important songwriter in the world". She has been rated the third most successful female artist in the UK. Maurice White (December 19, 1941 – February 4, 2016) was an American singer, musician, songwriter, and record producer. He was best known as the founder, leader, main songwriter, and producer of the band Earth, Wind & Fire, and served as the band's co-lead singer with Philip Bailey. Described as a "visionary" by ''Vibe'' and a "mastermind" by ''Variety'', White was nominated for a total of 22 Grammys, of which he won seven. The album title comes from the chorus of track 7 on the album, "Show Me the Real You", and also serves as a reference to this being Bedingfield's second album. ''From the Soul of Man'' is the second studio album by American singer Kenny Lattimore. It was released by Columbia Records on September 8, 1998 in the United States. Critical reception Critics uniformly lauded this album as a great leap from his debut on the scene two years prior to this largely mature effort. The album opens with the first single "Days Like This", an introspective midtempo R&B track with avant garde electronic inflections. Early life Lattimore first developed his interest for music in the high school band program at Eleanor Roosevelt High School in Greenbelt, Maryland.
