Kent County Public Schools
Kent County Public Schools (KCPS) is a school district headquartered in Rock Hall, Maryland. It operates public schools in Kent County, where it is the sole school district. it had about 1,800 students, making it the smallest school district in the state in terms of the number of students. In 2002 Bonnie Ward became the superintendent of the school district. Superintendent Karen Couch established a pre-kindergarten program for all families in the county. Worcester County Public Schools
Worcester County is the easternmost county of the U.S. state of Maryland. As of the 2020 census, the population was 52,460. Its county seat is Snow Hill. It is the only county of Maryland that borders the Atlantic Ocean, and the only county bordering both Delaware and Virginia. Wicomico County Public Schools is the public school district for Wicomico County, Maryland. WCPS has 24 schools, consisting of 16 elementary, 1 elementary/middle, 3 middle, 1 middle/high, and 3 high schools. The district has over 15,000 students and close to 1,300 teachers.
