Virgin Media Television Ltd (formerly known as TV3 Television Network Ltd; previously traded as the TV3 Group until August 2018) is a commercial television company in Ireland, based in Dublin. Launched in 1998 as TV3 Television Network, the TV3 Group was formed in January 2009. The company was acquired by Liberty Global in 2015, and the channels were rebranded to Virgin Media Television in 2018. The network was reportedly put up for sale by its owner Liberty Global in June 2021. By November 2021, the then chief executive had reportedly "ruled this out". ''Downton Abbey'' is a British historical drama television series set in the early 20th century, created and co-written by Julian Fellowes. How Clean Is Your House?
''How Clean Is Your House?'' is a British entertainment/lifestyle television programme in which expert cleaners Kim Woodburn and Aggie MacKenzie visit dirty houses and clean them up. The thirty-minute show was produced by Talkback Thames, the UK production arm of Fremantle (itself part of the RTL Group), and aired on Channel 4 from 2003 to 2009. Though a ratings success, Channel 4 announced that they had decided to cancel the series in 2009 in order to make way for new programming. Format Each episode of the programme followed the same formula. Accompanied by a dramatic score of horror movie music, Woodburn and MacKenzie explore the abode on their own, examining the extent of the mess and looking for any particularly horrible areas. ''You've Been Framed!'' is a British television series where viewers can contribute to the programme with their humorous home movies for the entertainment of others. It is produced by ITV Studios and comedian Harry Hill has been providing narration to the programme since 2004. The series began in 1990, and is currently in its 31st series. History The show's format is based on the Japanese show ''Fun TV with Kato-chan and Ken-chan'' (1986 debut), which was also the basis for ''America's Funniest Home Videos'' (1989 debut). The show is also similar in format to a number of other shows worldwide, such as '' Australia's Funniest Home Video Show'' (1991 debut). In a deal with various foreign producers of similar shows, many imported clips are used, in exchange for home-grown videos from the United Kingdom.
