A cornerback (CB) is a member of the defensive backfield or secondary in gridiron football. DeAngelo Hall
DeAngelo Eugene Hall (born November 19, 1983) is a former American football defensive back who played 14 seasons in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for Virginia Tech and was drafted by the Atlanta Falcons eighth overall in the 2004 NFL Draft. Hall played half a season for the Oakland Raiders before being traded to the Washington Redskins in 2008, playing for them until retiring following the 2017 season. He was a cornerback for the majority of his career before playing at free safety during his last few seasons. Kenneth Mason Easley Jr. (born January 15, 1959) is an American former professional football player who was a strong safety in the National Football League (NFL) for seven seasons during the 1980s. He played college football for the UCLA Bruins and was a three-time consensus All-American. Ras-I Luis Dowling ( ; born May 9, 1988) is a former American football safety who is currently the cornerbacks coach for William & Mary Tribe football. He was drafted by the New England Patriots in the second round of the 2011 NFL Draft. He played college football at Virginia. He has also spent time with the New York Jets and Oakland Raiders.
