This is a list of the songs that reached number one in Mexico in 1993, according to the Notitas Musicales magazine with data provided by XEOY-AM, Radio Mil(which also provided charts for Billboard (magazine), Billboard's "Hits of the World" between List of number-one hits of 1968-1969 (Mexico), 1969 and List of number-one hits of 1980-1981 (Mexico), 1981). Notitas Musicales was a bi-weekly magazine that published two record charts: *"Canciones que México canta" ("Songs that Mexico sings"), which listed the Top 10 most popular Spanish language, Spanish-language songs in Mexico, and *"Éxitos internacionales en México" ("International hits in Mexico"), which listed the most popular songs in Mexico that were in languages other than Spanish. Spin Doctors are an American alternative rock band from New York City, best known for their early 1990s hits "Two Princes" and "Little Miss Can't Be Wrong", which peaked on the Billboard Hot 100, ''Billboard'' Hot 100 chart at No. 7 and No. 17, respectively. Yuridia Valenzuela Canseco, commonly known as Yuri, (born, 6 January 1964) is a Mexican singer, actress and television host. Yuri began her career as a teenage singer in her native country. In 1978 she released her first album titled '' Tú Iluminas mi Vida''. She gained recognition as a result of her participation in the Oti Festival in 1980. In the 1980s and early 1990s, Yuri established herself as one of the most popular pop music singers in Mexico and Latin America.
