List Of National Leaders
This is a list of current heads of state and heads of government. In some cases, mainly in presidential systems, there is only one leader being both head of state and head of government. In One-party state, single-party systems, ruling party's leader (i.e. General Secretary of the Communist Party, General Secretary) is usually the ''de facto'' Supreme leader, top leader of the state, though sometimes this leader also holds the presidency or premiership. The list includes the names of recently elected or appointed heads of state and government who will take office on an appointed date, as President-elect, presidents-elect and Prime minister-designat ...

Each co-prince appoints a personal representative, the episcopal co-prince by Josep Maria Mauri and the French co-prince currently being represented by Patrick Strzoda. Origin and development of the co-principality Tradition holds that Charlemagne granted a charter to the Andorran people in return for their fighting against the Moors.
