Berlin Marathon
The Berlin Marathon (german: Berlin-Marathon, ) is a marathon event held annually on the streets of Berlin, Germany on the last weekend of September. Held annually since 1974, the event includes multiple races over the marathon distance of , including elite level road running competitions for men and women, a race for the public, an inline skating race, a Wheelchair racing, wheelchair race, and a handcycle race. Events are split over two days, with skaters competing on the marathon course on Saturday before the running events. The Bristol + Bath Marathon was planned to be an annual marathon held between the cities of Bristol and Bath in the United Kingdom. It was held once in 2015 before the events in 2016 and 2017 were both cancelled. No further events were arranged after the 2017 edition. Brighton
Brighton () is a seaside resort and one of the two main areas of the City of Brighton and Hove in the county of East Sussex, England. It is located south of London. Archaeological evidence of settlement in the area dates back to the Bronze Age, Roman and Anglo-Saxon periods. Brighton Marathon
The Brighton Marathon is an annual marathon in Brighton and Hove, England. It was first held on 18 April 2010 and has usually been held in April every year since. The inaugural Brighton Marathon was set up by former international athlete Tim Hutchings and local athlete Tom Naylor. History The first Brighton Marathon took place on 18 April 2010. The race opened to 12,000 entries, with 7,589 participating on race day. The course start line was at Preston Park, Brighton, Preston Park. The route took in some of the sights of central Brighton before heading East towards Rottingdean. Birmingham International Marathon
The Birmingham International Marathon was a long-distance running event held in Birmingham, UK. It formed part of the Great Run British Marathon Series. The first event was held on 15 October 2017, the same day as the existing Great Birmingham Run in the city centre. The event was cancelled the following year, with organisers blaming the city's ongoing roadworks. Overview The event was created by the Great Run Company, organisers of the Great North Run and Great Manchester Run. Starting at Alexander Stadium, the home of British Athletics, the course took in a number of the city's landmarks before finishing in the city centre.
