Ang Iglesia Ni Cristo
''Ang Iglesia ni Cristo'' () is the first religious television program produced by the international Christian religious organization Iglesia ni Cristo (through the Christian Era Broadcasting Service International) and its currently broadcast by INC TV (DZCE-TV) and Net 25. The program premiered on February 13, 1983 on MBS (now known as PTV 4) and RPN 9, along with City 2 Television (reverted to BBC-2) from the same year until 1986 when BBC-2 was signed off after EDSA Revolution. Cine Mo!
Cine Mo! (; stylized as CINEMO! and formerly known as SineBox) is a Philippine pay television channel owned and operated by ABS-CBN Corporation and ABS-CBN Film Productions, Inc. (content provider) and it was one of the former freemium channels of ABS-CBN TVplus since 2015. The programming consists of local films and foreign movies. Cine Mo! is being complemented with its English-language counterpart, Movie Central, which was launched on July 30, 2018 on a free-trial basis. From its inception until early 2020, Cine Mo! operated Mondays to Saturdays from 5:00 AM to 1:00 AM and Sundays from 5:00 AM to 2:00 AM. However, due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, it used to operate temporarily from 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM on weekdays and from 5:00 AM to 1:00 AM on weekends. ABS-CBN Franchise Renewal Controversy
The ABS-CBN franchise renewal controversy is a national dispute in the Philippines regarding the renewal of the congressional franchise that would have allowed Philippine media network ABS-CBN to continue broadcasting. Disputes between the government of President Rodrigo Duterte and ABS-CBN arose on the terms and conditions of the franchise renewal agreement. Amid the controversy, the Congress of the Philippines, country's legislature, was unable to renew the franchise before its expiration date. The congressional franchise expired on May 4, 2020, as the Philippines was dealing with the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic and the enhanced community quarantine in Luzon. A2Z is a Philippine free-to-air blocktime broadcast television network based in Quezon City, with its studios located in Ortigas Center, Pasig. Q (formerly QTV, standing for Quality TeleVision) was a television network in the Philippines run by GMA Network Inc. through Citynet Network Marketing and Productions, Inc.
