Ngara, United States National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency is a small town in Ngara District, Kagera Region, in Tanzania, East Africa. Ngara town is small with an estimated population of 8,000 to 10,000 people. The international community is small with the Anglican Church of Tanzania, Diocese of Kagera, and four NGOs employing a handful of expatriate staff. Korogwe
Korogwe is a town in Tanzania, with a population of 56,282 in 2012. It is the main centre of Korogwe District, which is within the Tanga Region. Overview The town is the seat of the Anglican Diocese of Tanga and has a cathedral church dedicated to St. Michael and All Angels. It also has a teacher training college and a number of secondary schools. The district is drained by tributaries of the Pangani River. Health care The Magunga district hospital is the home of the NIMR Korogwe Research Laboratory. The building was designed by the Danish architect Jakob Knudsen (see also picture below). Tabora
Tabora is the capital of Tanzania's Tabora Region and is classified as a municipality by the Tanzanian government. It is also the administrative seat of Tabora Urban District. According to the 2012 census, the district had a population of 226,999. History Beginning in the 1830s, coastal traders increasingly settled in the region to take advantage of the ivory and slave caravan trade. Swahili people, Swahili and Omani traders established Kazeh, near present-day Tabora, in the 1850s. Sumbawanga is a city located in western Tanzania. It is the capital of Rukwa Region and the municipal seat of Sumbawanga Urban District with postcode number 55100 .
