In the Philippines, provinces ( fil, lalawigan) are one of its primary political and administrative divisions. There are 82 provinces at present, which are further subdivided into component cities and municipalities. San Nicolas ( Ilocano: ''Ili ti San Nicolas''; Filipino: ''Bayan ng San Nicolas''), officially the Municipality of San Nicolas, is a 1st class municipality in the province of Ilocos Norte, Philippines. Dumalneg, officially the Municipality of Dumalneg ( ilo, Ili ti Dumalneg; fil, Bayan ng Dumalneg), is a 5th class municipality in the province of Ilocos Norte, Philippines.
