Noah Gal Gendler (born August 12, 1957) is the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Israel to Albania. He is also the non-resident Israeli Ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina. Biography Born in Haifa, Israel, Gendler served in the Israeli Defense Forces from 1975 to 1979, where he was a Captain in Artillery.Gendler holds a B.A. in Geography and Political Science, University of Haifa, 1985, and an M.A. in Political Science, Hebrew University of Jerusalem, 1986 He is married, with five children. Boaz Rodkin
Boaz Rodkin was the Ambassador of Israel to Albania from April 2015 until 2019. Since 2016, Rodkin has been the non-resident Ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina. Early life Rodkin, born and raised in Haifa, graduated from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem with a bachelor’s degree in International Relations, and earned a Master's degree in Public Policy from Tel Aviv University. David Cohen is an Israeli diplomat. Biography David Cohen was the first resident Israeli Ambassador to Albania. At the end of his tenure as Ambassador to Chile in 2009, he was appointed non-resident Ambassador to Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Macedonia. Cohen also served as Ambassador to El Salvador concurrently serving in Belize and to Bulgaria. Amira Arnon (born in Haifa, Israel) is an Israeli diplomat who has been Ambassador to multiple countries including Albania (2007-2009) and Singapore from 2009 until 2013. She was also the non-resident Ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina and the former Yugoslavia, stationed in Jerusalem from 2007 until 2009. Early life and education Arnon graduated from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem with an undergraduate degree in international relations (1972) before attending their Young Diplomats Special Programme on Middle Eastern Affairs 1989-1990. Arnon graduated from the Israel Defense Forces Military College in 1996, the same year she received a MA in political sciences from the National Defence University of Haifa.
