''Wow! Wow! Wubbzy!'' is an American children's educational Flash animated television series created by Bob Boyle. The series was produced by Bolder Media (a joint venture of Frederator Studios and the Mixed Media Group) and Starz Media in association with Film Roman, and it was animated by Bardel Entertainment using both Toon Boom and Adobe Flash software. Boyle submitted his original concept as a book to Frederator Studios, the lead creative partner in Bolder Media. After more than 6000 children's book concepts were reviewed, his submission was selected for development into an animated series for preschoolers. Bob Boyle, Susan Miller, Mark Warner, and Fred Seibert served as executive producers. Two seasons were produced, totaling 52 episodes (each consisting of two segments). Starz Media owns and distributes the series, and select episodes were aired on the Starz Kids & Family channel. ''Wubbzy's Big Movie!'' is a 2008 American animated comedy anthology film based on the '' Wow! Wow! Wubbzy!'' television series. It premiered on the Starz Kids & Family channel on August 29, 2008. The film was produced by Starz Media and Bolder Media in association with Film Roman and distributed by Starz Distribution. In addition to some new animation, the film uses several previous episodes of ''Wow! Wow! Wubbzy!'' that play out as flashbacks. Plot Wubbzy, Widget and Walden are spending the day together in Wuzzleburg. they then decide to get some Doodleberry pie. However, Wubbzy trips over a rock and tumbles down a hill, hitting his head several times. Afterwards, he is unable to remember who he is, nor his friends and is mooing like a cow. Noggin is an American entertainment brand launched on February 2, 1999, as a joint venture between MTV Networks (owners of Nickelodeon) and Sesame Workshop. It started out as a cable television channel and interactive website, both centered around the concepts of imagination, creativity, and education. Since its launch, the brand has expanded to include a mobile streaming app and multiple defunct programming blocks worldwide. When launched as a TV channel, Noggin was mainly aimed at pre-teens and teenagers.
