''The Family Circus'' (originally ''The Family Circle'', also ''Family-Go-Round'') is a print syndication, syndicated comic strip created by cartoonist Bil Keane and, since Bil's death in 2011, is zombie strip, currently written, inked, and rendered (colored) by his son, Jeff Keane. The strip generally uses a single captioned panel with a round border, hence the original name of the series, which was changed following objections from the magazine ''Family Circle''. The series debuted on February 29, 1960, and has been in continuous production ever since. Buddy's Musical Christmas
de Buddy's (also known as Jongenszanggroep de Buddy's) was a boys' show choir based in Delft, Netherlands that existed under this name from 1976 - 2005. The choir was founded as a traditional church choir in 1966 as ''De Nicolaessanghers'' with 30 voices from 9–16 years. Inspired from the French choir Les Poppys and their hit "Non, non, rien n'a changé" (No, no, nothing has changed, 1970) the choir was renamed and changed to the pop genre. In 2005 de Buddy's was succeeded by ''re-speKt''. ''de Buddy's'' has held performances in and outside the country, including for Beatrix of the Netherlands. ''Deck the Halls with Wacky Walls'' is an American television Christmas special that aired on NBC on December 11, 1983. The special is inspired by the Wacky WallWalker toys that were imported from Japan and merchandised by Ken Hakuta in 1982. The toys are small plastic octopus-like figures molded out of a sticky elastomer; when thrown against a wall, the figures slowly "walk" down as the appendages briefly adhere to the surface. More than 200 million of the toys were sold in the early 1980s. Hakuta set up the TV deal with NBC, and said that the young boy in the special bore a "distinct resemblance to Mr. Hakuta's 4-year-old son, Kenzo." The Country Music Association (CMA) was founded in 1958 in Nashville, Tennessee. It originally consisted of 233 members and was the first trade organization formed to promote a music genre. The special featured stop motion clay animation and was produced and directed by Will Vinton. The special was an unsold pilot episode for a series, ''Tattertown'', about a place where everything discarded in the world came alive.
