The UK Dance Singles Chart is a weekly music chart compiled in the United Kingdom by the Official Charts Company (OCC) from sales of songs in the dance music genre (house music, house, drum and bass, dubstep, etc.) in record stores and music download, digital downloads. A record chart, in the music industry, also called a music chart, is a ranking of recorded music according to certain criteria during a given period.
