Top Cow Productions is an American comics publisher, an imprint of Image Comics founded by Marc Silvestri in 1992. History During the early years of Image Comics, which was founded in 1992, co-founder Marc Silvestri shared a studio with Jim Lee, where he created his first creator-owned comic book, '' Cyberforce'', as part of Image's initial line-up. After setting up his own studio, Top Cow Productions, he expanded into other comics, launching '' Codename: Strykeforce'', a new ''Cyberforce'' series and various spin-offs. The company attracted several professionals including artist Brandon Peterson, writer Garth Ennis and former Marvel staffer David Wohl. It also helped launch the careers of various writers and artists, such as Christina Z., Joe Benitez, Michael Turner and David Finch. ''Blood Legacy'' (also called ''Legacy of Blood'' and ''Will to Die'') is a 1971 horror film directed by Carl Monson and starring Rodolfo Acosta, Merry Anders, Norman Bartold, John Carradine, and Faith Domergue. Synopsis In this 1971 effort, Christopher Dean (John Carradine) has died; his four adult children Greg, Veronica, Johnnie, and Leslie, and their spouses, as well Christopher's longtime three servants have been called to the mansion to hear Christopher's previously taped last will. The servants are to receive a salary of $500 a month as long as they stay on; the children are to receive equal portions of the $136 million balance of the estate; however, if any die, the remainder will go to the survivors. Pitt is a fictional character who appears in a comics series by American publisher Full Bleed Studios. Created by Dale Keown, first appearance is Pitt #1 November 1993 his second appearance was in ''Youngblood'' #4 (Feb 93). Pitt is a human/alien hybrid, created by an alien race known as the Creed, genetically engineered to serve as a killing machine. He appears more alien than human, with red, pupil-less eyes, gray skin, absence of a nose, sharp oversized teeth and large talons. John Mark Reppion (born 1978) is an English comics writer. He is married to Leah Moore, the daughter of Alan Moore, and he has worked with both on the comic ''Albion''. John Reppion and Leah Moore have co-writing credits on '' Wild Girl'', a 6-part comic for Wildstorm with art by Shawn McManus and J.H. Williams III. The daughter of comics writer Alan Moore, she frequently collaborates with her husband, writer John Reppion, as Moore & Reppion. Cyblade is the name of Image Universe superhero from Top Cow Productions. She is a member of Cyberforce. Publication history After her initial appearances in other comics, Cyblade was one of two properties to win the first '' Pilot Season'' in 2007, meaning Cyblade would appear in her own eponymous mini-series. ''Common Grounds'' is a six-issue comic book limited series created by writer Troy Hickman and published by Top Cow Productions in 2004. The series examined the life of superheroes and villains in and around a chain of coffee shops called ''Common Grounds''. ''Common Grounds'' received two Eisner Award nominations in 2005, for "Best Short Story" and "Best Anthology." ''Codename: Strykeforce'' was a comic book series by Top Cow and Image Comics, about a team of mercenary superheroes. Publication ''Codename: Strykeforce'' is an offshoot of another series called ''Cyberforce'', which is about a group of cyborg shock troops. The series lasted for fourteen issues. The first nine were written by David Wohl and Marc Silvestri, and illustrated by Brandon Peterson, with the last five written by Steve Gerber and illustrated by Billy Tan Mung Khoy. A few fill-in artists included Joe Benitez in issue #8 and Michael Turner in issue #14. Issue #0 was published between #13 and 14 with a story by Mike Heisler and art by Anthony Wynn.
