This is a List of South Australian Ministries representing the Government of South Australia. In South Australia, the cabinet is interchangeably known as the ministry as there is no "outer ministry" – therefore all ministers are in cabinet. Cabinets generally include the Premier of South Australia, the Deputy Premier of South Australia, the Attorney-General of South Australia, the Treasurer of South Australia, alongside Ministers of specific portfolios. Cabinets began with the 1st Ministry led by B. T. Finniss, which commenced on 24 October 1856 with the introduction of responsible government in South Australia. The current 74th Ministry is led by Peter Malinauskas of the South Australian Labor Party, and was formed on 21 March 2022. The Government of South Australia, also referred to as the South Australian Government, SA Government or more formally, His Majesty’s Government, is the Australian state democratic administrative authority of South Australia. Verran Ministry
The Verran Ministry was the 47th Ministry of the Government of South Australia, led by John Verran of the Labor Party. It commenced on 3 June 1910, following the Labor victory at the 1910 state election.
