ESPN (Latin America)
ESPN Latin America (on-air as ESPN) is the Latin American division of ESPN Inc., and broadcasts sports-related programming for the region in Spanish. It was launched on 31 March 1989. Its programming is adapted to the likes of viewers, who tend to prefer football and Hispanic baseball players to the more locally produced programs. ESPN Latin America, unlike its U.S. sister channels, has more programs related to football and tennis. The Disney/Hearst Corporation joint venture has also added some secondary regional channels for the Latin American region in the last few years, like ESPN2, ESPN3, ESPN Extra and ESPN Premium. SPOTV
SPOTV is a South Korean pay television network, which features sports programming and some sports-related talk shows. Founded in 2010, the network is the fourth non-'free-to-air' broadcaster in South Korea alongside KBS N Sports, MBC Sports+ and SBS Sports (the latter two of which were previously founded under a joint venture with ESPN International in the early 2000s and 2010s respectively).
