Huang Kun-huei (; born 8 November 1936) is a Taiwanese politician. A former member of the Kuomintang, he had served as the party's secretary general from 1999 to 2000. Chiang Hsiao-yen (; born 1 March 1942) or John Chiang, formerly surnamed Chang (), is a Taiwanese politician affiliated with the Kuomintang.
