Members Of Parliament
A member of parliament (MP) is the representative in parliament of the people who live in their electoral district. In many countries with bicameral parliaments, this term refers only to members of the lower house since upper house members often have a different title. The terms congressman/congresswoman or deputy are equivalent terms used in other jurisdictions. Joseph Francis Stewart
Joseph Francis Stewart (1889 – 6 May 1964) was an Irish nationalist politician. After growing up in Dungannon, where he studied at the Christian Brothers' School, Stewart worked as a wine merchant and became active in the Irish Parliamentary Party. At the January 1910 general election he worked as the election agent for Thomas Kettle. Waterford City (UK Parliament Constituency)
Waterford City was a United Kingdom parliamentary constituency, in southeast Ireland. Boundaries and boundary changes As the constituency for the parliamentary borough of Waterford in County Waterford, it returned one MP 1801–1832, two in 1832–1885 and one 1885–1922. It was an original constituency represented in Parliament when the Union of Great Britain and Ireland took effect on 1 January 1801. In 1918, the boundary was redefined to exclude the Kilculliheen area which had been transferred to County Kilkenny under the 1898 Local Government (Ireland) Act. It was defined as consisting of the county borough of Waterford and the district electoral divisions of Ballynakill, Kilbarry, Killoteran and Waterford Rural in the rural district of Waterford. William Redmond (1886–1932)
William Archer Redmond DSO (16 October 1886 – 17 April 1932) was an Irish nationalist politician. He served as an MP in the House of Commons of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland as well as a Teachta Dála (TD) of Dáil Éireann. He was one of the few people to have served in both the House of Commons and in the Oireachtas. During World War I, he served in the British Army as an officer with an Irish regiment on the Western Front. He was the son of John Redmond, the leader of the Irish Parliamentary Party from 1900 to 1918, and was one of a dynasty of Liberal and Irish Nationalist politicians who are commemorated in Redmond Square in Wexford town. Liverpool Scotland was a constituency represented in the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. It elected one Member of Parliament (MP) by the first past the post system of election. It was located within the city of Liverpool in England, centred on Scotland Road. Anthony Mulvey
Anthony Mulvey (188211 January 1957) was an Irish nationalist politician. Born in County Leitrim, Mulvey edited the '' Ulster Herald'' newspaper before his election to represent Fermanagh and Tyrone for the Nationalist Party in the British House of Commons at the 1935 general election.
