is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Kenji Morita ( 森田拳次). Oraa Guzura Dado
also known as ''Gazula the amicable Monster'', ''Gudzulla'' or ''So It's Gudzulla'',Jonathan Clements, Helen McCarthy: ''The Anime Encyclopedia. Revised & Expanded Edition.'' Berkeley 2006, Stone Bridge Press, ISBN 978-1-933330-10-5, S. 222. is a comedy manga series which was serialized on Weekly Shōnen Sunday in 1967. The manga was based on Hiroshi Sasagawa's one-shot "Onboro Kaijū Guzura" published in the same magazine the previous year as the clumsy and straightforward character of Guzura was very popular at the time. Later a 52-episode comedy anime adaptation of the series, directed by Hiroshi Sasagawa and produced by Tatsunoko Productions, was aired on Fuji TV between 7 October 1967 and 25 September 1968. The King Kong Show
, commonly referred to as ''The King Kong Show'', is an Anime-influenced animation, anime-influenced series produced by Rankin/Bass Animated Entertainment, Videocraft International and Toei Animation. American Broadcasting Company, ABC ran the series in the United States on Saturday mornings between September 10, 1966, and August 31, 1969. It is the first anime series produced in Japan for an American company (not counting Rankin/Bass' previous Animagic stop motion productions, which were also animated in Japan). This series is an animated adaptation of the famous film monster King Kong with character designs by Jack Davis (cartoonist), Jack Davis and Rod Willis. ''Speed Racer'', also known as , is a Japanese media franchise about Auto racing, automobile racing. ''Mach GoGoGo'' was originally serialized in print in Shueisha's 1966 ''Shōnen Book''. It was released in tankōbon book form by Sun Wide Comics and later re-released in Japan by Fusosha. Adapted into anime by Tatsunoko Productions, its 52 episodes aired on Fuji TV from April 1967 to March 1968. ''Princess Knight'', also known as ''Ribon no Kishi'' is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Osamu Tezuka. This manga follows the adventures of Sapphire, a girl who was born accidentally with a blue heart of a boy and a pink heart of a girl. She pretends to be a male prince to prevent the evil Duke Duralumin from inheriting the throne of Silverland. The gender-bending main character was inspired by the all-female musical theater group Takarazuka Revue in which women performed both female and male roles. The story was ordered by one editor of Kodansha's magazine '' Shōjo Club'' who wanted Tezuka to produce a manga aimed towards a female audience that could replicate the success of his former boy-aimed stories. is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by the manga artist duo Fujiko Fujio about a clumsy boy, Mitsuo Suwa, who is chosen to apprentice to a powerful superhero to save the world along with other superheroes. The manga series was serialized in ''Weekly Shōnen Sunday'' on 1967. The first anime series was first produced in black and white in 1967. The second anime series was made in color in 1983 and films were released in 1983, 1984, 1985, 2003 and 2004. Perman is currently being telecasted on Super Hungama channel in India. Ōgon Bat
is a Japanese superhero created by Suzuki Ichiro and Takeo Nagamatsu in 1931 who originally debuted in a ''kamishibai'' (paper theater). Ōgon Bat is considered by some to be the world's first superhero, and is a precursor to later superhero characters such as the Japanese ''kamishibai'' character ''Prince of Gamma'' (debut early 1930s), and the American comic book characters '' Superman'' (debut 1938) and '' Batman'' (debut 1939). History Ōgon Bat was created by 16-year old Takeo Nagamatsu and twenty-five year old Suzuki Ichiro in 1931 and was named after the '' Golden Bat'' cigarette brand. is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by the Fujiko Fujio duo (and later by Fujiko A. Fujio) which was serialized between 1964 and 1988. Leo The Lion (anime)
is a sequel to the Japanese anime television series ''Jungle Emperor'', or ''Kimba the White Lion''. Osamu Tezuka had always wanted his story of Kimba to follow Kimba's entire life, and the ''Jungle Emperor''/''Kimba'' series was such a hit in Japan that Tezuka produced a sequel, without his American partners, in 1966. An English dub of the series was first broadcast in the United States in 1984 on the CBN Cable Network (now Freeform). Making the series without a co-producer gave him complete creative control. For example, Tezuka changed the conclusion of his original manga story (represented in the last two episodes of this series) to a happy ending.
