Juliet Cuthbert
Juliet Cuthbert-Flynn (born 9 April 1964) is a Jamaican politician and retired track and field sprinter who competed in the 100 metres and 200 metres. As an athlete, Cuthbert-Flynn competed at four Olympic Games, winning two silver medals at the 1992 games held in Barcelona. As a politician, she has been the Jamaica Labour Party's Candidate and Member of Parliament for the St. Andrew West Rural constituency, defeating the People's National Party candidate Hugh Buchanan in Jamaica's General Elections held February 25, 2016. She went on to defeat the People's National Party Krystal Tomlinson to win a second term as Member of Parliament for the St. Andrew West Rural constituency, in the September 3, 2020 General Election. Damion Crawford
Damion O. Crawford (born c. 1980) is a Jamaican politician. Crawford was born in Haddo, Westmoreland Parish. Crawford attended Kingston College and the University of the West Indies, where he earned bachelor's and master's degrees in tourism management. While completing his master's degree, Crawford served as president of the university's Guild of Students. Crawford was elected a member of parliament representing Saint Andrew East Rural in December 2011. He concurrently served as Jamaican minister of state for tourism and entertainment. Crawford announced in 2015 that he would not run for reelection to the House of Representatives, but later said that his retirement was a "trick." The Cabinet of the Government of Jamaica is the ultimate decision-making body of the executive within the Westminster system of government in traditional constitutional theory. The Cabinet of Jamaica is the principal instrument of government policy. She currently serves as Jamaica's Minister of Legal and Constitutional Affairs and was the Attorney General of Jamaica from 7 March 2016 to 10 January 2022.
