Honda Logo
The Honda Logo is a B-segment supermini manufactured and marketed by Honda from 1996 to 2001, as a three door and five door hatchback, sharing its platform with the Honda Capa and replacing the second generation Honda City. The Logo was larger than the kei class Honda Life, smaller than the subcompact Honda Civic, and was superseded by the Honda Fit. It was marketed in Japan through dealerships of ''Honda Clio'' from 1996 to 2001, and briefly in the United Kingdom between 2000 and 2001. The Logo was an effort by Honda to repeat the success of early Civic, with its length, width, and engine size almost matching the first generation Civic. Mechanicals The Logo used the D13B, initially with two valves per cylinder, subsequently upgraded to four valves. A CVT transmission was offered. The engine provided . Minor changes in later grades sport "TS", sixteen valve type specification in D13B (SOHC 1.3L PGM spec FI) were also later introduced. The sporting TS model produces and . T ...

Honda CT50 Motra
The Honda Motra is a minibike produced in 1982–3 for the Japanese domestic market Japanese domestic market (JDM) refers to Japan's home market for vehicles and vehicle parts. There is a common misconception that any Japanese branded car is JDM; however, this is not true. Only a vehicle made in Japan specifically to be sold i .... Honda marketed the vehicle as a heavy-duty recreation bike with a large load capacity. The Motra has a distinctively rugged appearance, with angular steel tube and panel framework supporting large racks fore and aft. The utility/military style is emphasized by a lack of decorative chrome, and a solid yellow or green paint scheme for all bodywork and wheels. The Motra's 3-speed gearbox is coupled with a second stage to provide the same 3-speeds with a lower final ratio for low-speed off-road travel in steep terrain. The Motra's CT50 designation is a slight exception in Honda nomenclature in that 'CT' does not indicate a mechanical family of bikes. ...

Honda SFX50
The Honda SFX50 is a , two stroke, air-cooled, single cylinder, scooter-style moped manufactured between 1995 and 2004 by the Honda Motor Company. It complied with the United Kingdom licence restrictions of the time and was equipped with continuously variable automatic transmission (Honda V-Matic Transmission) and capacitor discharge electronic ignition. The front disc, and rear drum brakes, were operated pedal-cycle style by handle-bar levers and the machine also had oil pump reservoir lubrication, thus avoiding the need to pre-mix two-stroke engine oil. Electrics were 12 volt and it had both electric and primary-kick start Kick start is a method of starting an internal combustion engine (usually that of a motorcycle) by pushing a ratcheting lever with one's foot. Honda PC50
The Honda PC50 is a moped produced by the Honda Motor Company in Japan from May 1969 until February 1977. The PC50, though much smaller and lighter, had some similar features to Honda's popular C50 /70 /90 Super Cub line, with a step-through pressed-steel frame, a fuel tank under the saddle, a chain cover, and optionally equipped with leg shields, Construction Engine A distinctive feature of the PC50 is the use of a four-stroke engine, at a time almost all pedal-equipped mopeds used two-stroke engines. Honda's early development of 50 cc four-stroke engines was a result of Soichiro Honda's dislike of the sharp noise of two-stroke engines. The PC50 used two different engines during its production. The first models featured an overhead camshaft (OHC) engine derived from the Honda P50 moped which used an engine in wheel arrangement. The OHC engine was used from start of PC50 production until April 1970 when the OHC engine gave way to the OHV (pushrod) engine in the same cycle fram ...

Honda P50
The Honda P50 (known as the P25 in some markets) was introduced in June 1966. It was the last motor-wheel moped design by Honda (and probably by any other large manufacturer). The P50 features a step-through frame made from steel pressings, leading-link front suspension, plastic fenders and chainguard. The fuel tank is located above the rear fender, and the key distinguishing feature of the design is the engine being located at the extreme lower left rear of the frame, with all of the driveline components housed within the large hub of the rear wheel. The engine is also 4-stroke — unusual when almost all pedal-equipped mopeds used simpler 2-strokes. Soichiro Honda was a Japanese engineer and industrialist. In 1948, he established Honda Motor Co., Ltd. and oversaw its expansion from a wooden shack manufacturing bicycle motors to a multinational automobile and motorcycle manufacturer. Early years Honda w ... disliked the sharp noise of 2-strokes, and the 4-stroke does no ...

Honda Z50J
The Honda Z50J (early versions, 1972-1978, sometimes referred to as Z50J1) is a motorcycle produced by Honda belonging to its Honda Z series family of mini bikes. The j-series came after the m-series (1966-1969) but the very first Honda Monkey was the Z100 from 1961 made for the amusement park Tama Tech in Tokyo Japan. It was followed by the commercial version CZ100 in 1964. The Z50J (J1) began production in 1973 and those were sold as 1974 models for the European and Japanese markets. In its first few years of production, it was mostly the same as its American counterpart, the Honda Z50A produced since 1972. But in 1978, when Honda dropped the Z50A from its American motorcycle lineup, the European Z50 continued to evolve with a new drop-shaped tank and bicycle style seat, often referred to as the Z50J2. It was produced until 1999. Fewer Z50J2 were being produced each year and were finally sold only as limited editions. Finland had its own edition of the Z50J2 through the 1980s t ...

Honda Z50R
The Honda Z50R is a motorcycle produced by Honda, in the Honda Z series family of minibikes. It began production in 1979 as Honda's answer to the increasing demand for mini dirt bikes to be used on the track, as opposed to their traditional trail bike used more for leisure, such as the Z50A and Z50J. In 1986 Honda produced a "Special Edition" all chrome dealer model of the Z50R which they called the Z50RD. The RD had similar specs, but it was almost all chrome and polished, with red grips and seat. The Z50R quickly evolved into a light-weight mini racing motorcycle until 1999, when it was replaced by the Honda XR50R in 2000. Honda Z50M
The Honda Z50M was the first Z50 Series of mini bikes produced by Honda. It was first made in late 1966 and released for sale in 1967 to the European, Australian and Canadian markets. History The Z50M was fully equipped with headlight, taillight, rear brake light, and horn and mirror and was able to be registered for road use in most countries. In Japan most were used on the road. In other countries many were used by children just for fun off-road and sustained damaged frames. Though these bikes are not extinct today, these mini bikes are some of the least common of the Z50 series left running. The model has three basic sub models, the General Export (G.E.) small headlight, low exhaust supplied to Australia UK and Canada, Japanese domestic model (JDM), small headlight and high 'lunch box' exhaust and the French model's larger 5-inch headlight fitted with a yellow bulb. Most of the first ones went to France and an early prototype with chromed fenders is shown on the Honda Brochures ...

Honda Z50A
The Honda Z50A is a small motorcycle with a single-cylinder four-stroke overhead cam engine and a semi-automatic transmission. It was made by Honda from 1968 to 1978 and it was the second generation of the Z50 Series of minibikes. Z50A designs The 1968-1971 Z50As were known as the "Hard Tail" because of their lack of rear shock absorbers. 1968 was also called a K0, a 1969-1970 is called a K1 and a 1970-71 are referred to as K2s. They came in with a two tone paint job. In 1972, after frame cracking became a growing issue, Honda incorporated rear suspension on the bike. The Z50A "Soft Tail" remained on the American market until after model year 1978, when it was replaced by the Z50R. In Europe and Ja ...

Honda Spree
The Honda Eve or Honda Spree or Nifty 50 (NQ50) is a scooter (motorcycle), motor scooter made by Honda in the 1980s. Honda marketed two more models based on the Eve's design. All models utilized a single geared AF05 engine. Honda Eve Smile The first variation of the NQ50 was the Honda Eve Smile, and was exclusive to Japan. One of the rare Honda scooter ever made. * 1983: The Eve was available in red for its first year of production. The bike was missing some vital features, including battery, starter motor, and automatic bystarter. This model also lacked a removable main jet, so tuning was limited without replacing the carburetor with a later model revision. Due to the lack of automatic start, the Eve required a kick start. Eve standard speed can reach up to 60kph and its fuel consumption is 1liter per 83km and Changing tuned bigger carburetor increased its potential speed and more throttle respond and upgrading its ignition spark system can increase its fuel economy. * 1984-19 ...
