Family Force 5
FF5 (formerly known as Family Force 5, The Phamily, Ground Noise and The Brothers) is an American Christian rock band from Atlanta, Georgia. The band formed in 2005 by brothers Solomon "Soul Glow Activatur" Olds, Joshua "Fatty" Olds, and Jacob "Crouton" Olds along with their two friends, Nathan "Nadaddy" Currin and Brad "20 Cent" Allen, who was later replaced by Derek "Chapstique" Mount. The group has released five studio albums, nine EPs, and two remix albums. They are often noted for their raucous, party-centric personae and eclectic mix of genres, ranging from rap metal to dance-pop. In 2018, the remaining two members, Jacob and Joshua Olds, re-branded the group as FF5 and released the EP ''El Compadre'' on March 2 of that year. Jonah33 is an American Christian hard rock band from Arkansas, U.S. that formed in 2002. In an interview with the band, it was explained that the name is derived from the first sentence of Jonah 3:3 in the Old Testament. Jonah33 released one extended play and three studio albums before disbanding in 2008, and later reformed in 2014. History Jonah33 was founded in 2002 by Vince Lichlyter, who grew up in Seattle, Washington. After moving to Arkansas and starting a student ministry there, he put together a musical ensemble which attracted the interest of Ardent Records. Ardent released Jonah33's self-titled debut album on June 24, 2003. She is best known for her first single "Undo Me" from her debut album, ''Kansas'' (1998), and the song "A Little More" from her Grammy Award-nominated album, '' Lay It Down'' (2000). James Clay (musician)
James Earl Clay (September 8, 1935 – January 6, 1995) was an American jazz tenor saxophonist and flutist. Early life Clay was born in Dallas, Texas, on September 8, 1935. While in school, Clay played alto saxophone, and then played with local bands from around the age of 17. Later life and career Clay moved to California in 1955, where he initially played in jam sessions. He appeared on recordings with Lawrence Marable the following year. Clay then played with freer musicians including Don Cherry, Billy Higgins, and Ornette Coleman, before returning to Dallas in 1958. He joined the military in 1959, and recorded two albums as a leader the following year. Back in California, he led a quartet with Roosevelt Wardell, Jimmy Bond, and Frank Butler, but soon returned to Texas. He toured with Lowell Fulson in the early 1960s, and with Ray Charles on and off between 1962 and 1977. Inhabited is an American contemporary Christian/rock band from Spring, Texas formed in 2003. By both their sound of music and their Christian lyrics, critics have often compared their sound to bands such as Superchic Rebecca St. James, and others. History The band's third studio album, ''Love'', was originally titled ''The Life Unfolding'' circa late 2006. In April 2007, they issued a pre-release of the album with the new name. Since then, 4 of the original 13 songs were removed and another was added.
