This article lists characters who have appeared on the Canadian drama-action television series '' Flashpoint''. SRU The Strategic Response Unit, modeled after the Toronto Police Service's Emergency Task Force unit, is responsible for high-risk situations that cannot be resolved by regular police officers, such as activities involving armed criminals or explosives, or requiring hostage rescues or counter-terrorism measures. Mark Taylor (born March 7, 1977 in Scarborough, Ontario) is a Canadian actor.
