State Route 82 (SR 82) is a state route in northeastern Ohio, with a western terminus at State Route 57 in Lorain County, southeast of Elyria. Route description The route travels predominantly eastward through the southern suburbs of Cleveland as it traverses part of Lorain County, the southern tier of Cuyahoga County, the northern tier of Summit County, and enters Portage County. This segment of State Route 82 is very heavily traveled, and intersects with four interstate highways. Six-ramp interchanges join the route with Interstate 71 and Interstate 77, a partial interchange joins 82 with Interstate 271, and a diamond interchange intersects with Interstate 480/ State Route 14. Ohio State Route 303
State Route 303 (SR 303) is a Ohio State Route that runs between Wakeman and Windham in the US state of Ohio. The highway is not listed on the National Highway System. Most of the route is a rural two-lane highway and passes through farmland, woodland, and residential properties. The route passes through the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. For some of its path, SR 303 runs generally parallel to the south of the Ohio Turnpike. SR 303 was first signed in 1932 on a section of the same alignment as today. Cuyahoga Valley National Park
Cuyahoga Valley National Park is an American national park that preserves and reclaims the rural landscape along the Cuyahoga River between Akron and Cleveland in Northeast Ohio. The park is administered by the National Park Service, but within its boundaries are areas independently managed as county parks or as public or private businesses. Green, Ohio
Green is a city in southeastern Summit County, Ohio, United States. The population was 27,475 at the 2020 census. It is a suburban community between Akron and Canton and is part of the Akron metropolitan area. History Green Township was first created in 1809 as part of Stark County. Green Township became part of Summit County after that county's establishment in 1840. Green had several unincorporated hamlets, most notably Greensburg. By 1900, five unincorporated settlements were in Green Township, surrounded by farmlands with valuable crops and areas of coal. The local economy transitioned from farming to business and manufacturing. By 1950, farmers began to sell their lands to developers for residential housing. Brecksville, Ohio
Brecksville is a city in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, United States, and a suburb in the Greater Cleveland area. The city's population was 13,635 at the United States 2020 Census. History Brecksville was founded in 1811, four years after several men—including Colonel John Breck—purchased the surrounding area. After the land was surveyed, Seth Payne, one of the surveyors, brought his family and settled in the area in June 1811, and he was soon followed by many other families. Although Colonel Breck never lived in Brecksville, his three sons did, and members of his family continued to live in Brecksville until 1934, when his great-grandson Dr. Theodore Breck died. An early historical account of Brecksville was written by William R. Coates and published by ''The American Historical Society'' in 1924.
