A woman is an adult female human. Prior to adulthood, a female human is referred to as a girl (a female child or adolescent). The plural ''women'' is sometimes used in certain phrases such as "women's rights" to denote female humans regardless of age. Typically, women inherit a pair of X chromosomes, one from each parent, and are capable of pregnancy and giving birth from puberty until menopause. Christine Bannon-Rodrigues (born November 6, 1966) is an American martial artist, actress, stunt person, and choreographer. Biography A student of Don Rodrigues, Bannon-Rodrigues is a 9th degree black belt, she holds 9 World Championships, including consecutive 3-time World Titles at the W.A.K.O. Games. Bannon-Rodrigues has acted for both film and television, including the feature films Sci-Fighter (aka X-Treme Fighter) and 27 Dresses. Her stunt work can be seen in a number of Hollywood productions, including Underdog, Batman and Robin, and The Next Karate Kid. Bonnie Canino (born 11 January 1962) is a retired American boxer and kickboxer, and former world featherweight champion for two different associations. She also won world titles in kick boxing for two different associations. She is the former IFBA World Feather weight champion and two time IBF World Featherweight title challenger. She is the former WAKO and World KICK Kickboxing Champion. In 2014, Canino was inducted into the Women's International Boxing Hall of Fame in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Joanne Wood (; born 23 December 1986) is a Scottish professional mixed martial artist and former Muay Thai champion who competed in the Flyweight (MMA), Women's Flyweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship. Biography Wood first started Muay Thai training by accident. When she was 13, her younger brother was meant to go to a class with his friend, who did not turn up. Her mother asked her to go to keep him company. She fell in love with it and begged her mother to allow her to give up competitive swimming to do the two classes each week. This led to doing two sessions a day and spending all of her time training on her own between these sessions.
