AMC Straight-4 Engine
The AMC straight-4 engine is a 2.5 L inline-four engine developed by American Motors Corporation (AMC) that was used in a variety of AMC, Jeep, and Dodge vehicles from 1984 to 2002. Note: Although the GM Iron Duke was a predecessor I4 engine in some AMC vehicles, it shares nothing in common with the AMC 2.5 L. The Porsche 924 is a sports car produced by Porsche in Neckarsulm, Germany,from 1976 until 1988. The Jeep Tornado engine was the first post-World War II U.S.-designed mass-produced overhead cam (OHC) automobile engine. The AMC Concord is a compact car manufactured and marketed by the American Motors Corporation for model years 1978–1983.
