Lisbela E O Prisioneiro
''Lisbela e o Prisioneiro'' (''Lisbela and the Prisoner'') is a 2003 Brazilian romantic comedy film directed by Guel Arraes, based on the 1964 play of the same name by Osman Lins. Filming took place in cities of Pernambuco, Igarassu, Paudalho and Recife, as well as in Rio de Janeiro and Nova Iguaçu. Plot The film tells the story of the trickster, adventurer and conqueror Leléu and the dreamy girl Lisbela who loves to watch American films and dreams of the movie heroes. The story takes place in the 20th century in Pernambuco. Lisbela (Débora Falabella) is engaged with other man when Leléu (Selton Mello) arrives in the city. Jorge Furtado
Jorge Alberto Furtado (born June 9, 1959) is a Brazilian film and television director and screenwriter. Life and career Furtado attended university for courses in medicine, psychology, journalism and arts but didn't graduate. He began his professional career in the 1980s on a local channel called ''TVE-RS'' working as reporter, presenter, editor, screenwriter and producer. In 1982 created a TV show called "Quizumba", that mixed fiction and documentary with very audacious language for the Brazilian public television. Between 1984 and 1986, Furtado was director of the museum "Museu de Comunicação Social Hipólito José da Costa" in Porto Alegre. At the same time, with the help of José Pedro Goulart and Ana Luiza Azevedo, he created the company "Luz Produções", where he made two short films and produced plays for theater. Marco Nanini
Marco Antônio Barroso Nanini (born 31 May 1948) is a Brazilian actor. Most of his activities have been in comedy. Nanini achieved national sensation through his participation in the theatre piece ''"O Mistério de Irma Vap"'', together with fellow actor and friend Ney Latorraca. It was one of the biggest box office successes in Brazil, staying for 11 consecutive years with the same casting (a Guinness World Record). André Moraes
André Moraes (born 6 March 1977 as André Torres Moraes) is a Brazilian Latin Grammy-nominated musician, film director, music producer and soundtrack composer. He has worked in the entertainment industry for two decades. He has been married to actress Ana Carolina Machado since 24 August 2010. Career André began studying classical music and blues guitar at the age of 6 inspired by his father, Geraldo Moraes. He then studied film music under the tutelage of David Tygel and Gabriel Yared. A detachment (from the French ''détachement'') is a military unit. It can either be detached from a larger unit for a specific function or (particularly in United States military usage) be a permanent unit smaller than a battalion. The term is often used to refer to a unit that is assigned to a different base from the parent unit. An example is the United States Army's 1st Special Forces Operational Detachment-Delta (Airborne) (SFOD-D), commonly known as Delta Force by the general public. Detachment is also the term used as the collective noun for personnel manning an artillery piece (e.g. gun detachment). Use by Cadet forces in the United Kingdom The Army Cadet Force in the United Kingdom breaks its structure down into local detachments which usually consist of between 10 and 40 cadets. Carioca
Carioca ( or ) is a demonym used to refer to anything related to the City of Rio de Janeiro, in Brazil. The original meaning of the term is controversial, maybe from Tupi language "''kari' oka''", meaning "white house" as the whitewashed stone houses of European settlers or even the colonists themselves, by merging "''kara'iwa''" (white man) and "''oka''" (house).
