Lintas (TV Program)
''Lintas (Across)'' is the name used for MNCTV newscast programs since 1995, prior to the adoption of the ''Lintas iNews'' name in 2017. History ''Lintas (Across)'' was created by Siti Hardiyanti Rukmana. In TPI's early days, the network also aired the more humanities-oriented ''Serbaneka'', which aired in the evening and several times experienced changes in airtime. ''Serbaneka'' was broadcast as a form of additional TPI broadcast hours until evening, although at that time the TPI night broadcast was still very limited to the viewers, especially outside the reach of the single transmission station area of TPI. Besides ''Serbaneka'', the program ''Selamat Pagi Indonesia'' (''Good Morning Indonesia'') was also aired, which is the TPI morning news program. The network also aired TVRI's news programs ''Bisnis Hari Ini'' and ''Berita Pagi''. Siti Hardiyanti Rukmana
Siti Hardiyanti Rukmana (born 23 January 1949), known as Tutut Suharto, is an Indonesian politician who is the eldest daughter of former Indonesian president Suharto and the wife of Global Mediacom (then known as Bimantara Citra) co-founder and former RCTI's commissioner Indra Rukmana. Business career Tutut built part of her fortune as a major shareholder of the Citra Lamtoro Gung Group, with interests in more than 90 companies ranging from telecommunications to infrastructure, including tollway projects in Indonesia, Myanmar and the Philippines. Most of Indonesia’s toll roads were built and operated by the stateowned firm Jasa Marga, with untold markups and opportunities for skimming and theft for oligarchs as the projects were completed. TVRI
TVRI (, Television of the Republic of Indonesia), legally ( Public Broadcasting Institution Television of the Republic of Indonesia) is a public television network and the oldest television network in Indonesia. Its national headquarters is in Gelora, Central Jakarta. TVRI monopolized television broadcasting in Indonesia until 24 August 1989, when the first commercial television station RCTI went on the air. Alongside RRI, TVRI was converted into a public broadcaster on 18 March 2005, becoming the first public broadcaster in the country. TVRI currently broadcasts throughout the country with both analog and digital means of broadcast. TVRI operates three national channels (with two of them only broadcasting in digital) as well as 32 regional stations and 361 transmitters. The Indonesian Archipelago geographically stretches across four time zones from UTC+06:00 in Aceh to UTC+09:00 in Papua.
