Lily Yam
Lily Yam Kwan Pui-ying (; ' Kwan; born 6 July 1946) is a former top Hong Kong civil servant. Biography Lily Kwan was born in Hong Kong in 1947, the fourth of six children. She attended Sacred Heart Canossian College until 1964, and later graduated from the University of Hong Kong in 1969 with a BA in English Language and Literature. After her marriage, she was known as Lily Yam. She joined the Hong Kong Government as an Administrative Officer upon her graduation in the same year. A justice of the peace (JP) is a judicial officer of a lower or ''puisne'' court, elected or appointed by means of a commission ( letters patent) to keep the peace. In past centuries the term commissioner of the peace was often used with the same meaning. Michael Leung
Michael Leung Man-kin (, 1938–2017) was a Hong Kong government official. Early life Leung was born in 1938. He attended Wah Yan College and studied at the University of Hong Kong, graduating with a BA in history in 1965. He also held a teaching certification. Government career Leung joined the civil service in 1965. He worked in the Home Affairs Department and Finance Branch, and was promoted to Secretary, Government Secretariat in 1988. Leung served as the director of education and the secretary for transport in the Hong Kong government. Yeoh Eng-kiong
Dr. Yeoh Eng Kiong OBE, GBS, JP (; born 16 April 1946) was the Secretary for Health and Welfare between 1999 and 2002, Secretary for Health, Welfare and Food and a member of the Executive Council between 2002 and 2004 in the Hong Kong Government.
