Likar Arturo Ramos Concha (born September 8, 1985, in Barranquilla, Atlántico Department, Atlántico) is a Boxing, boxer from Colombia, who participated in the Boxing at the 2004 Summer Olympics, 2004 Summer Olympics for his native South American country.
