''The Light in the Dark'' (later re-edited into a shorter version called ''The Light of Faith'') is a 1922 American silent drama film directed by Clarence Brown and stars Lon Chaney and Hope Hampton. A still exists showing Lon Chaney in the role of Tony Pantelli. Some scenes (mostly showing the Holy Grail glowing) were filmed in Color. The original 63-minute feature film was later re-edited into a condensed 33-minute version retitled ''The Light of Faith'', that was circulated to schools and churches in the 1920s. A Rhode Island film distributor specializing in religious subjects acquired the film in the mid-20's and re-edited it to 33 minutes, retitling it THE LIGHT OF FAITH, which emphasized the subplot involving the Holy Grail. Thankfully, state law required that films for schools and churches (the major market for that distributor) be printed on the nonflammable safety stock, so this multi-tinted version exists today. Light In The Dark (The Legend Of Korra)
"Light in the Dark" is the fourteenth and final episode of the second season of ''The Legend of Korra'', a spin-off/stand-alone sequel to '' The Legend of Aang'', and the 26th episode overall. It was directed by Ian Graham and written by the ''Avatar'' franchise co-creator Michael Dante DiMartino. The episode aired on November 22, 2013 on Nickelodeon and received positive reviews by critics. Plot Tenzin and his siblings, Kya and Bumi, find Korra, Mako and Bolin wounded and unconscious in the Spirit World. Once healed by Kya, Korra states that with Raava gone the cycle of the Avatar is over and she is most likely the last Avatar. Meanwhile, Unalaq, now bonded with Vaatu, attacks Republic City. Tenzin leads Korra to the Tree of Time, where Vaatu was previously imprisoned, and tells her to meditate within it. Claudio Roditi
Claudio Roditi (May 28, 1946 – January 17, 2020) was a Brazilian jazz trumpeter. In 1966 Claudio was named a trumpet finalist at the International Jazz Competition in Vienna, Austria. While in Vienna, Roditi met Art Farmer, one of his idols, and the friendship inspired the younger trumpeter to follow a career in jazz. Roditi came to America in 1970 to study at the Berklee School of Music in Boston. In 1976 he moved to New York City, where he played with Herbie Mann and Charlie Rouse. In the 1980s he worked with Paquito D'Rivera. He was a member of Dizzy Gillespie's United Nations Orchestra. Roditi received a 52nd Annual Grammy Awards (2009) nomination in the category Best Latin Jazz Album for ''Brazillance X 4''. is the twenty-fourth studio album by Japanese heavy metal band Loudness, released on September 14, 2011. The album reached number 36 on the Oricon chart. In an interview, guitarist Akira Takasaki described the album as more "aggressive" than ''King of Pain''. Saying, the previous album was focused on featuring drummer Masayuki Suzuki, but that ''Eve to Dawn'' would be guitar driven. Singer Minoru Niihara said that the lyrics has a more positive vibe than in previous releases because of the impact of the Great East Japan earthquake and the instrumental "A Light in the Dark" was dedicated by Takasaki to that tragic event.
