Life Made Simple
''Life Made Simple'' (Traditional Chinese: 阿旺新傳) is a TVB modern drama series broadcast in October 2005. The series is shown to celebrate TVB's 38th Anniversary. The series is an indirect sequel to 2002's ''Square Pegs'' ( 戇夫成龍). The main cast features Roger Kwok, Jessica Hsuan, and Leila Tong, returning from the original series, and the new cast includes Bosco Wong and Paul Chun. The indirect sequel takes place in the modern era instead of the ancient setting of its prequel. Synopsis :The modern version of Ah Wong, :Steps out of his simple world. Ding Sheung-Wong (Roger Kwok) is a man in his thirties but with an IQ of a seven-year-old. People would make fun of him by calling crazy, but he would tell them that he is just simple. Roger Kwok
Roger Kwok Chun-on is a Hong Kong television actor and former singer, who works for the TV station TVB. Kwok was born in Hong Kong, and his native family roots are in Zhongshan, Guangdong. He is one of the three actors who won Best Actor three times at the TVB Anniversary Awards. Raymond Cho Wing-Lim (, born 16 October 1964) is a Hong Kong television actor, singer and host. He currently works for the television company, TVB. Cho began his career as a singer, winning a singing competition when he was 30 years old. After an unsuccessful attempt at being a singer, he gave acting a try. Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB) is a television broadcasting company based in Hong Kong SAR. The Company operates five free-to-air terrestrial television channels in Hong Kong, with TVB Jade as its main Cantonese language service, and TVB Pearl as its main English service. TVB Anniversary Awards
The TVB Anniversary Awards (), officially known as the TVB Awards Presentation, is an annual awards ceremony honoring TVB's programming achievements in Hong Kong television; despite claims that it is the region's equivalent to the American Emmy and the Australian Logie, no other networks are allowed to enter their programmes into TVB competition, and it is awarded solely to TVB programming. Winners are awarded a copy of the golden TVB anniversary statuette, which depicts a man and a woman holding up TVB's square logo. The TVB Anniversary Awards are only one of three (four, including Asian Television Awards) TVB awards given out. Selena Lee Sze-wa (, born 12 February 1981), former stage name Selena Lee Sze-Wan (), is a Hong Kong-born Canadian actress and former beauty pageant contestant.
