''Liejacker'' is an album by the English singer-songwriter Thea Gilmore, released in May 2008. For the first time, Gilmore duets with other singers. Thea Gilmore
Thea Eve Gilmore (born 25 November 1979), also known as Afterlight, is an English singer-songwriter. She has released more than twenty albums since her 1998 debut '' Burning Dorothy''. She has had three Top 40 entries on the UK Albums Chart and one on the UK Singles Chart. Her first album as Afterlight was released on 15 October 2021. Early life Gilmore was born in Oxford to Irish parents and lived in the village of North Aston, Oxfordshire. She became interested in music as a result of her father's record collection, which included work by Bob Dylan, Joni Mitchell, and The Beatles. Dave McCabe
David Alan McCabe (born 3 January 1981) is an English singer, songwriter and guitarist, the frontman of The Zutons and a former member of Tramp Attack. History McCabe was a member of Liverpool band Tramp Attack with Brookside actor Kristian Ealey. The band released their debut single "Rocky Hangover" in 2001, before McCabe left to form The Zutons. The band released 3 albums, before quietly disbanding in 2008. In 2008, McCabe collaborated with singer-songwriter Thea Gilmore on the song "Old Soul", which appeared on the album ''Liejacker''. In 2010, McCabe co-wrote the Mark Ronson single The Bike Song, which appeared on the producers 2010 album ''Record Collection''. ''The Independent'' is a British online newspaper. It was established in 1986 as a national morning printed paper. Erin McKeown (pronounced ) is an American multi-instrumentalist and folk-rock singer-songwriter. McKeown's music encompasses pop, swing, rock, folk, and electronic music, as well as several other genres. Music career They grew up in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and now live in Massachusetts. McKeown began their career in the folk scene. John Michael Kirkpatrick (born 8 August 1947) is an English player of free reed instruments. In London John Kirkpatrick was born in Chiswick, London, England. As a child he sang in the choir and played piano. In 1959, he joined the Hammersmith Morris Men, in the second week of their existence, beginning a career-long love of folk music. In 1970, he became a regular at a folk club in the Roebuck pub in Tottenham Court Road and led the resident group, Dingle's Chillybom Band. The club hosted a film show of Morris dancing and Ashley Hutchings turned up. It was the beginning of a long musical relationship. The Zutons
The Zutons are an English indie rock band, formed in 2001 in Liverpool. The band are currently composed of singer, songwriter and guitarist Dave McCabe, drummer Sean Payne and saxophonist Abi Harding. They released their debut album, '' Who Killed...... The Zutons?'' in May 2004 and achieved chart success with " Why Won't You Give Me Your Love?" and "Valerie", both taken from their second studio album ''Tired of Hanging Around'' in 2006. Mike Cave
Mike Cave (born Michael Cave on 1 January 1978) is a musician, record producer and mix engineer, whose clients have included The Noisettes, Professor Green, Tinchy Stryder, Elvis Costello, The Charlatans and The Coral. Early life Cave was born in Liverpool. On his 8th birthday he received his first guitar from his father. He later proceeded to play in a variety of bands on the Liverpool circuit from the age of 12, and by 15 he was engineering sessions for his own bands and others in the area. Cave grew up in the Anfield area of the city where he met members of his band The Sunlites.
