Lidija Bizjak ( sr-Cyrl, Лидија Бизјак, , born 2 August 1976), is a Serbian concert pianist. Early life Born in Belgrade in 1976, Lidija Bizjak began to play the piano at the age of six with Zlata Maleš. 1996 She graduated from the Music Academy in Belgrade in 1996 and then studied at the Conservatoire de Paris under Jacques Rouvier and Maurice Bourgue, winning first prizes in both piano and chamber music. Meeting Ferenc Rados, Murray Perahia, Leon Fleisher, Arie Vardi, Alexander Lonquich, Ida Levin, Christoph Richter, Ksenija Jankovic, Irena Grafenauer and Sergio Azzolini, was very important for her. 2000 After winning many national competitions, she won a top prize at the 2000 Dublin International Piano Competition, as well as the special prize for the compulsory modern piece. La Folle Journée is a French annual classical music festival held in Nantes. It is the largest classical music festival in France. The festival's name refers to the Pierre Beaumarchais play ''The Marriage of Figaro'', whose alternative title is ''La Folle Journée'' ("The Mad Day"). Leon Fleisher
Leon Fleisher (July 23, 1928 – August 2, 2020) was an American classical pianist, conductor and pedagogue. He was one of the most renowned pianists and pedagogues in the world. Music correspondent Elijah Ho called him "one of the most refined and transcendent musicians the United States has ever produced". Born in San Francisco, Fleisher began playing piano at the age of four, and began studying with Artur Schnabel at age nine. He was particularly well known for his interpretations of the two piano concertos of Brahms and the five concertos of Beethoven, which he recorded with George Szell and the Cleveland Orchestra. With Szell, he also recorded concertos by Mozart, Grieg, Schumann, Franck, and Rachmaninoff. Sanja Bizjak (born 8 September 1988) is a Serbian pianist. Bizjak was born in Belgrade. She began studying the piano at the age of six with Professor Zlata Maleš. At age seven, she played the Joseph Haydn Keyboard Concerto in D with the Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra. At twelve in February 2001, she began studying under Jacques Rouvier at the Conservatoire de Paris. She has won several international awards, including the International Competition for Young Pianists in Memory of Vladimir Horowitz in Kiev in 2003. In 2004, she was awarded the prize in piano and chamber music at the Paris conservatory with honors unanimously. Since then, she has studied under Alexander Satz training at the conservatory in Graz, Elisso Virsaladze of Munich, as well as that of two pianos Jacques Rouvier. Festival De La Roque-d'Anthéron
The Festival de La Roque-d'Anthéron is an international piano festival, founded in 1980 by Paul Onoratini (1920–2010), then mayor of La Roque-d'Anthéron and , then an intern at the Regional Directorate of Cultural Affairs, seeking to create a piano festival. Britten Sinfonia
Britten Sinfonia is a chamber orchestra ensemble based in Cambridge, UK. It was created in 1992, following an initiative from Eastern Arts and a number of key figures including Nicholas Cleobury, who recognised the need for an orchestra in the East of England. It is a flexible ensemble composed of chamber musicians in Europe. The players are freelance musicians who are employed on a project-by-project basis and the ensemble performs around 70 concerts per year and works with hundreds of people in the communities where the orchestra is resident.
