It is located one block west of the National Parliament (East Timor), National Parliament of East Timor, and faces Rua de Moçambique (formerly Rua Dom Fernando). Today, it houses the Faculty of Education, Arts and Humanities of the National University of East Timor. History The school building was constructed between 1922 and 1924, and was originally occupied by the Dili Municipal School (''Escola Municipal de Díli'').
