	Liaquat Ali Khan (Bir Uttom) Liaquat Ali Khan () is a freedom fighter of the Bangladesh Liberation War. The Bangladesh government awarded him the title of Bir Uttom for his bravery in the independence war. Birth and education Liaquat Ali Khan was born in Amlapara, Sarai Road, Bagerhat Municipality, Bagerhat District. His father's name was Atahar Ali Khan and his mother's name was Aziza Khatun. His wife's name is Nazma Anwar Begum. They have one daughter and one son. Career In 1971, Liaquat Ali Khan was working in Pakistan (then West Pakistan). When the war of liberation started, he came to Bangladesh at the end of May saying that his father was ill. A few days later he went to India and joined the war of liberation. Shortly afterwards he was promoted to the rank of Adjutant of the 1st East Bengal Regiment of the regular forces. He is currently a professional athlete/coach in the sports department of Pakistan Army. Career National Ali represents Pakistan Army in National competitions. Ali has consecutively played the Pakistan National games from 2006 to 2020 and currently holds the highest record of obtaining the most gold medals which is 59, with only one silver and one bronze in the events of 100m, 200m and 400m men's relay. 	Liaquat Soldier Liaquat Ali ( ur, ‎; 1952 – 30 March 2011), better known by his stage name Liaquat Soldier, was a Pakistani stage and television comedy actor, writer, and director. Early life He was born in 1952 in a modest, low-income family of Marwari background in Karachi, while Soldier’s unusual last name was given to him by his friend Nazar Hussain, a stage artist. Career He started his acting career in 1973 and featured in over 250 plays and co-starred with many famous theatre personalities, including the likes of Moin Akhtar, Furqan Haider, Umer Sharif, Hanif Raja and Shahzad Raza.
