Liangmin Zhang
Zhang Liangmin (; born October 12, 1985) is a blind Paralympian athlete from China competing mainly in throwing events. She competed in the 2008 Summer Paralympics in Beijing, China. There she won a silver medal in the women's F12–13 discus throw event and also competed in the F12/13 shot put. In the 2016 Summer Paralympics in Rio she took a gold medal in the discus after a throw of 36.65 metres. Para-athletics is the sport of athletics practised by people with a disability as a disabled sports, parasport. Izabela Campos
Izabela Silva Campos (born 11 April 1981) is a Brazilian visually impaired F11/12 shot putter and discus thrower. She won a bronze medal in the discus throw at the 2016 Summer Paralympics. She qualified for the 2020 Summer Paralympics, in Women's discus throw. Personal life Campos lost her sight when she was five after having measles. Career Campos competed at the 2012 Summer Paralympics in London in the women's shot put. That event was won by Assunta Legnante. She won a silver in the javelin. At the 2016 Paralympics in Rio she threw her discus 32.60 m to get a bronze medal. She missed out to Liangmin Zhang (36.65 m) from China and Tang Hongxia (35.01 m). Tang Hongxia (; born August 18, 1976) is a Paralympian athlete from China competing mainly in category F12‒F13 shot put events. She competed in the 2008 Summer Paralympics in Beijing, China. There she won a gold medal in the women's F12‒F13 shot put event and finished sixth in the F12‒F13 discus throw. In the 2016 Summer Paralympics in Rio Zhang Liangmin took a gold medal in the discus after a throw of 36.65 metres. 2018 Asian Para Games
The 2018 Asian Para Games ( id, Pesta Olahraga Difabel Asia 2018, ''Asian Para Games 2018''), officially known as the 3rd Asian Para Games and also known as Indonesia 2018, was a pan-Asian multi-sport event that held from 6 to 13 October 2018 in Indonesia's capital city of Jakarta. Asian Para Games
The Asian Para Games also known as Para Asiad is a multi-sport event regulated by the Asian Paralympic Committee that's held every four years after every Asian Games for athletes with physical disabilities. Both events had adopted the strategy used by the Olympic and Paralympic Games of having both games in the same city. However, the exclusion of Asian Para Games from Asian Games host city contract meant that both events run independently of each other. The Games are recognized by the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) and are described as the second largest multi-sport event after the Paralympic Games. 2019 IPC Athletics World Championships
The 2019 World Para Athletics Championships was a Paralympic track and field event organised by the World Para Athletics subcommittee of the International Paralympic Committee. It was held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates from 7 to 15 November 2019. It was the 9th edition of the event, formerly known as the IPC Athletics World Championship prior to 2017.
