Leyla Sayar
Leylâ Sayar (December 27, 1939 – July 22, 2016) was a Turkish actress, author, ballerina, beauty queen, and singer of Circassian and Macedonian Turkish descent. Sayar was considered to be one of the most beautiful women of the Cinema of Turkey. Early life and career Sayar was born in 1939 to Circassian mother and Macedonian Turkish father from İstanbul. Before pursuing an acting career, she attended the American Academy for Girls. In 1957, she was crowned ''Miss Cinema Star''. Leyla Sayar briefly held the first runner-up title for the beauty pageant Miss Turkey. She also finished first in the Miss Beach Beauty competition. She took acting lessons at the Turkish State Theatre in Ankara. Between 1957 and 1976, she has acted in 170 films. Göksel Arsoy (born 15 March 1936) is a Turkish actor, singer and sportsmen. Biography When Arsoy was studying at Istanbul University's Economics faculty. He is nephew of musician, Yesari Asım Ersoy. He started working at the nearby Yeşilköy Airport. In 1958, he made his film debut in ''Kara Günlerim'' directed by Sırrı Gültekin and went on to appear in films such as ''Kelepçe'' and ''Samanyolu''. Muzaffer Tema (June 15, 1919 – October 4, 2011) was a Turkish movie actor. He was born on June 15, 1919 in Istanbul. Following his education in flute, violin and piano playing at the Istanbul Municipality Conservatory, he served as a musician at the Ankara State Conservatory and the Presidency Philharmonic Orchestra. In 1949, Muzaffer debuted in acting in the movie ''Çığlık''. He became popular in the Turkish cinema during the 1950s. To try his luck in Hollywood, he divorced and went in 1956 to the USA, where he played in two movies, ''A Certain Smile'' (1958) (''Acı Tebessüm'') and ''Twelve to the Moon'' (1960) (''Aya Giden 12 Adam''). He was also married to Zisan Tema and became so the first ever Turkish actor to play in a Hollywood movie. After two and half years, he returned home due to his father's illness.
