Lew Yates
Lew Yates (born June 1947 in Sutton, St Helens) also known as Wild Thing, was a boxer, doorman, bareknuckle and unlicensed fighter and all-round hardman, associated with the fighting and criminal fraternity. Early life Yates was born June 1947 in Sutton, St Helens. As an amateur boxer he trained under George Gilbody Snr. and Herbie Golding. Yates once fought British boxer, Billy Aird, who was the European heavyweight champion, but Yates was disqualified for head-butting Billy. In response, he threw the referee across the ring, earning a ban from boxing. Life Yates has had a long career as one of the south of England's best and most feared doormen. Mickey Green
Mickey Green (born 1942 in Holloway, London – 13 July 2020) was an English gangster and drug lord who had also held Irish nationality. A convicted armed robber he had allegedly been one of Britain's leading drug dealers for many years and was said to be worth at least £75 million. His surname is often spelled in newspapers as Greene. Background Green was the leader of the "Wembley Mob" which specialized in armed robbery in the 1970s. For a number of years he has been wanted by police in several countries around the world for suspected drug smuggling. Gangland sources have described him as a main suspect in the murders of London criminal figures Gilbert Wynter and Solly Nahome. Bernard O'Mahoney
Bernard O'Mahoney (born 15 March 1960, Dunstable, Bedfordshire, England) is an English author, security detail, and former soldier. After taking control of security at a nightclub he became associated with Tony Tucker, a drug dealer who was shot along with two others in what is known as the Rettendon murders. This event captured the imagination of the media and forced O'Mahoney to retire from the security industry. He began writing books about his experiences. Several of these books have since become best sellers, two of the books have been made into a film. The books in question are The Essex Boys and Bonded By Blood which is based upon true events of the Rettendon murders. O'Mahoney is also known for his affair with Michelle Taylor, a woman who was accused of (and who he now believes committed) the murder of Alison Shaughnessy. Charlie Wilson (criminal)
Charles Frederick Wilson (30 June 1932 – 23 April 1990) was an English career criminal. A member of the Great Train Robbery (1963), Great Train Robbery gang, of which he was treasurer, he was murdered by gunshots on his Marbella doorstep in 1990. Early life Wilson was born on 30 June 1932 to Bill and Mabel Wilson in Battersea, London. Of heavy build and handsome appearance, with piercing blue eyes, Wilson was, from an early age, an intimidating presence.
