Level 4 (Globe Album)
''Level 4'' is a studio album by the Japanese pop-rock/trance group Globe, released on March 26, 2003. It is the only Globe album with the former X Japan drummer Yoshiki, who joined the band shortly after its previous album, ''Lights 2''. However, his only contribution to the album (and to the band) is the single, "Seize the Light". After the album's release, the band members separated for two years to pursue solo projects. When Globe regrouped in 2005, it was without Yoshiki. Globe (band)
is a dance-oriented Japanese pop band, formed in 1995 by producer and songwriter Tetsuya Komuro. Originally consisting of Komuro, Keiko Yamada and Marc Panther, the group's singles consistently hit the charts. In late 2002 Yoshiki, drummer and pianist for X Japan, joined the group, but he left the band about a year later. Their 1996 debut album, ''Globe'', sold over 4 million copies, and their 1998 single "wanna Be A Dreammaker" won the grand prix award at the 40th Japan Record Awards, the Japanese record industry's highest honor. Komuro also mentioned there will be some collaboration work with other artists with the artist title of ''Globe Featuring'', and ''Globe Extreme'' for collaborations with Yoshiki. X Japan
was a Japanese rock band from Chiba, formed in 1982 by drummer and pianist Yoshiki and lead vocalist Toshi. Starting as a predominantly power/speed metal band with heavy symphonic elements, they later gravitated towards a progressive sound with an emphasis on ballads. Besides being one of the first Japanese acts to achieve mainstream success while on an independent label, the group is widely credited as one of the pioneers of visual kei, a movement among Japanese musicians comparable to Western glam. He is best known as the leader and a co-founder of the visual kei rock band X Japan, for which he is the drummer, pianist and main songwriter. Techno is a genre of electronic dance music (EDM) which is generally produced for use in a continuous DJ set, with tempo often varying between 120 and 150 beats per minute (bpm). Keiko Yamada
is the lead vocalist of the pop group Globe. Since 2001, she has had a solo career, starting with the single "A Song Is Born" in collaboration with Ayumi Hamasaki. In late 2003, she released her first solo EP called ''KCO''. Keiko, under the name KCO, released her first solo album ''O-Crazy Luv'' on Universal in 2008. The album contains a total of 11 tracks, including her first single under the new name, "Haru no Yuki" (''Spring Snow''). Personal life She was born in Usuki, Japan. In November 2002, she married fellow Globe member Tetsuya Komuro. On October 24, 2011, Keiko was hospitalized and diagnosed with a subarachnoid haemorrhage.
