Levadiakos
Levadiakos Football Club ( el, ΠΑΕ Λεβαδειακός) is a Greek professional football club that plays in the Super League Greece. Based in Livadeia, Greece, the club was promoted to the Alpha Ethniki, forerunner of the Super League, after ten seasons in minor divisions in the 2005–06 season, as runner-up of the Football League in 2004–05. It was then relegated to the Beta Ethniki again in 2006–07 and returned to the top tier in 2007–08. The club finished one level above relegation that year but was relegated back to the second division by finishing 14th in 2009–10. The club most recently won promotion back into the Super League Greece after winning the Super League Greece 2 in 2021–22. History Levadiakos started in 1961, when local clubs Trofonios and Pallevadiaki merged into a greater club. The 2013–14 Super League Greece was the 78th season of the highest football league of Greece and the eighth under the name Super League. The season began on 17 August and ended in May 2014. Olympiacos are the champions, having won their 41st Greek championship. The league comprises fourteen teams from the 2012–13 season and four promoted teams from the 2012–13 Football League. 2018–19 Super League Greece
The 2018–19 Super League Greece, or ''Super League Souroti'' for sponsorship reasons, was the 83rd season of the highest tier in league of Greek football and the 13th under its current name. The season started on 25 August 2018 and concluded on 22 May 2019 with the relegation play-offs. AEK Athens were the defending champions. OFI and Aris joined as the promoted clubs from the 2017–18 Football League, replacing Platanias and Kerkyra who were relegated to the 2018–19 Football League. PAOK won their third championship and their first one in 34 years, by beating Levadiakos on the penultimate round of the league. They also clinched the championship without a defeat, thus becoming the second club to do so in Greek football, after Panathinaikos in 1963–64. The season began in late August or early September 2011 and ended in May 2012 with the last matches of the European playoff round. 2010–11 Football League (Greece)
The 2010–11 Football League is the second division of the Greek professional football system and the first season under the name Football League after previously being known as ''Beta Ethniki''. Its regular season began on 12 September 2010 and ended on 15 May 2011; the promotion play-offs, originally scheduled to take place immediately afterwards, were postponed to late July 2011 in wake of the Koriopolis scandal. Teams A total of three teams gained promotion to the 2010–11 Super League after the 2009–10 Beta Ethniki season. The 2009–10 Super League Greece was the 74th season of the highest football league of Greece and the fourth under the name ''Super League''. The league consisted of 16 teams. Participants are the 13 best teams from the 2008–09 season and three teams that have been promoted from the Beta Ethniki. The 2017–18 Super League Greece, or ''Souroti Super League'' for sponsorship reasons, was the 82nd season of the highest tier in league of Greek football and the 12th under its current name. The season started in August 2017 and ended in May 2018. The league comprises fourteen teams from the 2016–17 season and two promoted from the 2016–17 Football League. On 12 March 2018, the Super League Greece was suspended by the Greek government until further notice after the president of PAOK, Ivan Savvidis, had stormed onto the field with a revolver during the match between PAOK and AEK Athens played the previous day. The 2007–08 Super League Greece was the 72nd season of the highest football league of Greece and the second under the name ''Super League''. The season began on 1 September 2007 and ended on 20 April 2008. The defending champions were Olympiacos. 2021–22 Super League Greece 2
The 2021–22 Super League 2, known as Super League 2 betsson for sponsorship reasons, is the third season of the Super League 2, the second-tier Greek professional league for association football clubs, since the restructuring of the Greek football league system. The season started on 6 November 2021 and will finish in May 2022. The league will be conducted of 34 teams and two groups, this is due to the restructure and abolishment of the Football League.
