''Let's Switch!'' is a 1975 American made-for-television comedy film starring Barbara Eden and Barbara Feldon written by Peter Lefcourt and directed by Alan Rafkin. Peter Lefcourt
Peter Lefcourt (born 1946) is an American television producer, a film and television screenwriter, and a novelist. Lefcourt's early career involved writing teleplays for primetime series such as ''Cagney and Lacey'', ''Scarecrow and Mrs. King'' (both of which he also produced), ''Eight is Enough'', and ''Remington Steele'', among others. He penned the scripts for the television movies ''Monte Carlo'', ''Cracked Up'', '' Danielle Steel's Fine Things'', and ''The Women of Windsor''. In more recent years he executive-produced and wrote for '' Beggars and Choosers'' and ''Karen Sisco''. Lefcourt was nominated for a 1984 Emmy Award for Outstanding Drama Series for ''Cagney and Lacey'' and won the following year. Ronald Earle Glass (July 10, 1945 – November 25, 2016) was an American actor. He was known for his roles as literary Det. Ron Harris in the television sitcom ''Barney Miller'' (1975–1982), and as the spiritual shepherd, Shepherd Book, in the science fiction series ''Firefly'' (2002) and its sequel film '' Serenity'' (2005). Early life Glass was born in Evansville, Indiana, the son of Lethia and Crump Glass. After graduating from St. Francis Seminary in 1964, Glass attended the University of Evansville, where he received a Bachelor of Arts, double majoring in drama and literature. Years later, the university awarded him its Medal of Honor. Glass said in 2007 he knew while he was in college that he wanted to act. With a teacher's encouragement, he performed in a play and went on to an acting career. Career Glass made his stage debut at the Guthrie Theater in Minneapolis, Minnesota, before moving to Hollywood. Ruth Brooks Flippen (born Ruth Albertina Brooks; September 14, 1921 – July 9, 1981) was an American screenwriter and television writer. Life and career Born Ruth Albertina Brooks on September 14, 1921, in Brooklyn, Flippen was married to character actor Jay C. Flippen on January 4, 1947.
