Leonardo Díaz (footballer)
Leonardo Nicolás Díaz (Born 6 September 1972 Santa Fe, Argentina, Santa Fe) is a former Argentine association football goalkeeper, and currently is an assistant coach at Cucuta Deportivo club in Colombia. Career Díaz began his playing career in 1995 with Colón de Santa Fe. His debut came in a 1–0 away defeat to Gimnasia y Esgrima de Jujuy on 20 August 1995. He went on to make over 200 league appearances for the Santa Fe Club. Diaz has also played for a number of other teams such as Club Atlético Independiente, Independiente, Deportivo Cali, CSD Municipal, Club Atlético Huracán, Huracán and Deportes Concepción (Chile), Deportes Concepción. In 2009, he joined newly promoted Boca Unidos in the Argentine 2nd division. In July 2010 he transferred to Bolivian club The Strongest External links Primera División statistics

Leonardo Díaz Aldana (born 16 February 1975) is a Paralympian athlete from Cuba competing mainly in category F56 throwing events. Leonardo has competed in the shot, discus and javelin in three consecutive Paralympics. In his first in Athens in 2004 2004 was designated as an International Year of Rice by the United Nations, and the International Year to Commemorate the Struggle Against Slavery and its Abolition (by UNESCO). Alan Leonardo "Leo" Díaz (born 27 January 2000) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays at Las Vegas Lights as a goalkeeper. Career Club River Plate Díaz joined the youth academy of River Plate in 2007. He was the 5th goalkeeper for the club when he got called up to the senior team for the first time on 16 May 2021. The 4 first-choice goalkeepers tested positive for COVID-19, forcing Díaz to start for River Plate in an Argentine Primera División match against their rivals Boca Juniors in the Superclásico. Díaz made several saves, and the game was 1–1 before heading to overtime; Díaz made a penalty save, but River Plate ended up losing 4–2 in penalties. On 17 June 2021, he signed his first professional contract with the club until December 2024.
